If the employer’s or helper’s application is not approved by the relevant authorities, or if the employer or helper unilaterally cancels the application, any payments already made are non-refundable.
 
 

 
♻️ Renewal Process
 
 
 
After we issue the invoice, please arrange payment according to the invoice. Upon receipt of payment, an official receipt will be issued.
 
 
Once the required documents for the consulate and the Hong Kong Immigration Department are ready, we will arrange a time for you to sign all relevant documents.
