6. Use of Chat Tools​

The chat tools provided on this website (including AI assistants or live chat features) may record your conversation content and related technical data (such as IP address, browsing time, and device information) for the following purposes:

  • Handling your inquiries and providing responses;

  • Improving service quality and supporting internal training;

  • Ensuring system security and monitoring misuse.​

All chat records will be retained for a reasonable period and managed or deleted in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. Responses generated by the chat tools are for reference only and do not constitute any legal, professional, or contractual advice.​

7. Collection and Use of Employer Information

In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Cap. 486 of the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("the Ordinance"), we hereby inform our “Client Applicant” or “you” of the purposes for which we collect your personal data, how such data will be used, to whom the data may be transferred, and how you may request access to such:

  • Types of Personal Data Held - Our company holds two main categories of personal data, namely:

    • Personal data of Client Applicants and their family members, and of foreign domestic helpers who are to be employed or are already employed.

    • Information relating to the Client Applicant’s occupation, income, and household conditions.

  • Collection: Why We Collect Client Applicants’ Data

    • ​We collect personal data in order to provide our services to Client Applicants. You are obliged to provide your personal data and any information required by the relevant authorities. If you fail to do so, we may be unable to provide you with our services.

  • Purpose: Possible Uses of Your Data - ​​Your personal data may be used for the following purposes:

    • ​Processing applications, service follow-up, and other related services for foreign domestic helper employment.

    • Promoting or marketing our services or for sales purposes (including cases where you have not objected to such use).

  • Disclosure / Transfer of Personal Data - All personal data held by us will be treated confidentially. However, we may disclose or transfer such data (whether within or outside the Hong Kong SAR) to the following parties for the purposes stated in this notice:

    • Our subsidiaries/affiliates, laboratories, travel agents, airlines, and insurance companies involved in our business operations and services.

    • Agents, contractors, or third-party service providers who provide administrative, telecommunication, computer, insurance, medical examination, ticketing, payment, content, information, or other services to support our operations.

    • Any person who owes confidentiality obligations to us, or who has undertaken to keep your personal data confidential and complies strictly with the Ordinance (including but not limited to accountants, legal advisors, and consultants).

    • Departments of the HKSAR Government, relevant foreign government departments, consulates in Hong Kong, and law enforcement or administrative agencies.

    • Any person to whom disclosure is required by law.

    • Any parties we consider necessary for protecting and defending our rights and property, or for complying with applicable laws, regulations, judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal processes.

  • Use of Personal Data for Marketing or Sales Purposes

    • We intend to use your personal data to promote or market our services or for sales purposes. However, we will not do so unless we have obtained your consent (including an indication of no objection to such intended use).

  • Data Security

    • We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is protected against unauthorized or accidental access, processing, deletion, or other uses. Appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial measures have been implemented to safeguard your data.

    • Your personal data will be stored at our office or by our appointed suppliers or third-party service providers (whether in Hong Kong or overseas) and will only be accessible to authorized employees and service providers on a “need-to-know” basis. However, we make no guarantee against third-party data intrusions.

    • Unless prohibited by law, if we provide your personal data to third-party service providers, they will be required to keep such data confidential and to use it only in accordance with our agreement, this statement, and the Ordinance. They must ensure the security of your personal data and must not retain it longer than necessary.

  • Data Retention

    • Your personal data will be retained for a reasonable period to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with relevant laws and regulations in Hong Kong. Personal data no longer required will be destroyed.

  • Access and Correction Requests

    • Pursuant to the Ordinance, any person has the right to request access to and correction of their personal data held by us. Under the provisions of the Ordinance, the Company has the right to charge a fee for processing any such data request.

8. Purpose of Displaying Domestic Helper Information

  • The domestic helper profiles displayed on this website — including but not limited to name, nationality, age, marital status, work experience, language ability, and photographs — are provided by the applicant or related authorized sources. Our company is not responsible for any losses and damages caused by any discrepancy and incorrectness of the information and data provided by applicants or related authorized sources in this biodata. Clients should verify by themselves the related information during the interviews and screenings. No guarantee for the authenticity of the helpers' personal data is hereby given by ZenCare Employment Resolve.

  • Such information is solely intended for employer selection and employment placement purposes and must not be used for any commercial or non-employment-related activities.

  • If you are a domestic helper and wish to access, correct, or request the removal of your published information, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at info@zencare-employment.com. Your request will be verified and handled within a reasonable period of time.​

9. Contact and Data Rights

We may contact you via email, phone, SMS, or postal mail for purposes including: account notifications, dispute resolution, debt collection, surveys, company updates, or other matters required to fulfill legal obligations.
