6. Employer Data Collection and Use Statement

We collects personal data provided through the form of “Employer Information”, including but not limited to your name, Hong Kong Identity Card number, date of birth, contact details, residential address, and information relating to domestic helper employment. The data will be used solely for the following purposes:

  • Preparing and processing documents related to domestic helper employment and submission to the Immigration Department and relevant consulates;

  • Verifying employer identity and communication;

  • Providing matching, consultancy, and after-sales services.

Except as required or permitted by law, we will not disclose your personal data to any third party without your prior consent. All information will be securely stored in encrypted systems accessible only by authorized personnel. Personal data will generally be retained for at least twelve (12) months after completion of the relevant engagement, and then deleted when no longer necessary. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. 7. Purpose of Displaying Domestic Helper Information

The domestic helper profiles displayed on this website — including but not limited to name, nationality, age, marital status, work experience, language ability, and photographs — are provided by the individuals themselves or authorized sources, with their prior written consent for public display. Such information is solely intended for employer selection and employment placement purposes and must not be used for any commercial or non-employment-related activities. If you are a domestic helper and wish to access, correct, or request the removal of your published information, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at info@zencare-employment.com. Your request will be verified and handled within a reasonable period of time.​

8. Purpose of Data Use​​
