Agreement Terms
 
 
 
If the foreign domestic helper fails to obtain a successful employment visa application, the employer may select another helper free of charge. If the employer chooses a refund, the Company will refund all payments received from the employer within 7 working days.
 
 
If the foreign domestic helper fails to report for duty, the Company will refund all payments received from the employer within 7 working days.
 
 
If the foreign domestic helper’s arrival date differs from the agreed date, alternative arrangements will be discussed separately.
 
 
If the employer’s application is not approved by the relevant authorities, or if the employer unilaterally cancels the application, the Company will not refund any payments already made by the employer.
 
 
If a replacement foreign domestic helper is required within six months, the employer may enjoy a one-time rematching service for the relevant helper category at 70% of the original service fee.
 
 
Employment Process
 
 
 
After we issue the invoice, please arrange payment according to the invoice instructions. Upon receipt of payment, we will issue an official receipt. At the same time, please provide the employer’s information and relevant supporting documents as soon as possible (e.g. Hong Kong ID card, proof of address, proof of income, etc.).
 
 
We will then arrange for the helper to sign the employment contract and collect the helper’s passport simultaneously.
 
 
Once all required documents for the Consulate and the Immigration Department are ready, we will arrange an appointment with you to sign all relevant documents.
 
 
The helper is expected to report for duty in approximately two and a half months (counting from the date when all procedures and documents under Step 1 are fully completed).
